Hi guys! This issue is driving me crazy. I would like to know if I am doing something wrong or I just have to give up.
I've just purchased an Audio Box 22 VSL. In the box there's a copy of Studio One Artist, which comes with useful third party contents: Toontrack's EZ Drummer, Native Instruments' Guitar Rig 3 and Kore Player.
You need to activate them with a serial number I can't seem to find. It should be listed in my account on Presonus website under 'my software', but the only serial number I have is the Studio One Artist one.
I've found this announcement from Presonus on the web:
'Due to a change in our relationship with Toontrack, the maker of EZ Drummer, Toontrack is no longer providing product keys for their EZ Drummer software. Please disregard the installer that is on your disc or in your MySoftware account at Presonus.com as we will be unable to provide you with a serial number for this software.'
So, no EZ Drummer for me.
I was wondering if the same thing happened with Native Instruments.
Should I give up trying to activate my copy of GR3?
Please don't tell me you have your serial number in your 'my software' page, because maybe you bought your Studio One Artist copy before the deals between Presonus and the third party had changed.

I have the same problem. I need guitar rig more than any other thing and have no way to activate it. I've sent a ticket and it's been 12 hours with no solution already hope hey do something today

Version 1 came with added content. It was intended for V2, but something happened at the last minute.

Tech staff sorted it for me. Seems there's been komplete 7 and komplete 8 conflict in NI service center. Removed all 7series players and installed 8 players . Problem solved.
